GoGreen by SWARCO
The European Green Deal is a bold and ambitious plan to make Europe the first climate-neutral continent by 2050. To achieve this goal, it aims to transform our mobility habits, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and thus protect the environment and biodiversity. As part of this effort, SWARCO is committed to supporting cities in becoming part of this initiative and securing a more sustainable future.
There are currently four UK cities who have signed up to the deal - Bristol, Cork, Dublin and Glasgow so our mission is to encourage more to and support them in doing so.

Our products and solutions are all designed from the outset with market-leading energy efficiency so keeping energy consumption to a minimum or completely-off grid. SWARCO VMS can be used to inform and effect green strategies, for example asking people to consider using public transport or implementing traffic strategies according to, for example, real time air quality monitoring.
Our Parking Guidance Solutions aid drivers finding available car park spaces as efficiently as possible and thus avoiding unnecessary time spent looking for spaces.
Using our patented optical system we can operate the LEDs in our signs at less than 10% of their rated current to achieve the lowest power consumption of comparable products available in the UK. The capability of VMS running at reduced power not only impacts on the energy operating costs but also affects the reliability of the LEDs and the Total Cost of Ownership, which means further cost savings. In a time of rising energy costs, you can relax knowing your SWARCO sign is built to last.
