SWARCO Recognized for Outstanding ESG Performance
SWARCO has received the ESG Performance Award at the Austrian Leading Companies (ALC) Awards in Tyrol, recognizing the company's measurable progress and long-term commitment to environmental, social and governance (ESG) responsibility.
The award was presented during the ALC ceremony at Congresspark Igls near Innsbruck, organized by Die Presse, KSV1870 and PwC Austria.
An expert jury from PwC evaluated SWARCO's ESG performance based on 25 criteria, drawing on the company's business and sustainability reporting. SWARCO achieved the highest possible score in seven of the 22 core criteria, with particularly strong results in CO₂ reduction targets, circular economy initiatives and ESG integration throughout the supply chain. SWARCO CEO Michael Schuch, CFO Lukas Schneider and Head of CSR Daniel Meier accepted the award on behalf of the company.
