SWARCO parking guidance system ensures maximum parking comfort in Eistenstadt Burgenland.
Once the seat of the noble Esterházy family, today the capital of Burgenland: Eisenstadt, with its nearly 15,000 inhabitants, may not be large, but it is rich in culture and history. Today, the Esterházy Castle, the Calvary or the Gloriette attract culture lovers and vacationers to the city. And they have to park somewhere. To cope with today's traffic volume and parking needs in Eisenstadt, SWARCO was commissioned in 2018 to make the parking guidance system fit for the future.
The result was a sophisticated parking guidance system with variable massage signs (VMS) that informs parking seekers at all times how many parking spaces are available. In this project, too, it was clear that the planning and installation of the systems had to be highly efficient, cost-saving, sustainable and timed in a customer-friendly way. After all, at SWARCO the customer is king.
