Dynniq UK formally rebranded as SWARCO UK & Ireland in significant integration milestone
Dynniq UK Ltd has been renamed SWARCO UK & Ireland Ltd following the company’s acquisition in October 2021 and successful integration over the last six months.
The business will continue to provide new and existing customers with its full product portfolio of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) and solutions supported by its team of service engineers and 24/7 call centre support. SWARCO UK & Ireland will leverage the capability, products and solutions of the entire SWARCO portfolio to provide end to end ITS solutions to customers.
John Pickworth, Managing Director, has been named Head of Region for the UK & Ireland.
“Following the successful acquisition of Dynniq UK at the end of last year, we have been working hard on the smooth integration of the Dynniq team into the SWARCO family,” John says.
“SWARCO’s brand, culture and values are all hugely important to us, and so this new unified identity that brings the Dynniq team under the SWARCO name represents a significant milestone, and will help to enable us to drive our long-term strategy of ITS innovation and enhancement forward as one.”
All of the former Dynniq UK sites, including its head office in Basingstoke and all depots, will be rebranded as SWARCO.
