Divestment of business unit Corporate Design Elements

As of 01.05.2021, the Westiform Group based in Ortenberg has taken over the business unit "Commercial Lighting Signs" - also called "Corporate Design Elements (CDE)" - from SWARCO Dambach GmbH, including the employees working in this business unit.

In the future, the company will operate independently on the market as Dambach CDE GmbH; new Managing Director as of 01.05.2021 is Mr. Ralf Schleh. The Westiform Group is an internationally active manufacturer and distributor of visual communication tools.

SWARCO Dambach GmbH with its managing director Thorsten Kern in the future will fully focus on the traffic technology segment and thus on activities in the core business of SWARCO's ITS division.
