Rumble Strips

Rumble Strips are an innovative traffic safety product which is designed as a traffic calming, speed reduction and driver alert system combining the following safety features in just one product: audible,  controlled vibratory, visual night-time and reflective wet-night warning.

They generate a distinct level of audible transmission, a controlled level of sensory vibration, and a visual cue to the driver of an upcoming roadway hazard.

Sliding Surfaces

Skid marking material is used at driving safety centers to create extremely slippery surfaces. Sometimes water is used to make the track even more slippery. The goal is to simulate critical driving conditions like heavy braking, aquaplaning or evasive manoeuvres.

Cobblestone Mortar

With the help of our Cobblestone Mortar, unevenness in the cobblestone substrate can be levelled out very well. Thus, the area to be marked can be optimally prepared. Due to the particularly elastic setting, the effects of relative movements of the cobblestone substrates are mitigated, thus delaying the formation of cracks. In addition, the Cobblestone Mortar can also be used for sealing or leveling milled or burned asphalt surfaces.

SWARCO ECO TEXPRINT

SWARCO ECO TEXPRINT is a hot-applied wearing course consisting of blended thermoplastic polymerised resins, plasticiser, graded granite aggregate, selected fillers and pigment. It is surface dressed with either sand or glass beads prior to being embossed with a patterned grid tool.
