SWARCO 1258 Bonding Primer is a single-component, self-crosslinking epoxy fortified bonding primer designed to promote adhesion over porous substrates such as concrete, masonry and brick. It may be used as a first coat under a variety of coatings, including water based, solventborne, or 100% solids systems topcoats.
1258 Bonding Primer penetrates porous substrates, which helps anchor topcoats to the coated surface. It is especially designed to promote adhesion under striping paints for use in parking structures, and may help extend the service life of those markings.

SWARCO 1300 Floor Coating is a single component, urethane-modified acrylic floor enamel for stairwells, walkways, or other areas primarily exposed to foot traffic.
SWARCO 1300 may be used over concrete substrates. It provides a rich, medium-luster finish that beautifies and protects. The hard, durable finish is resistant to mild chemicals and is highly washable.

SWARCO 1230 Color Scheme Paint is an ultra-high hiding, durable mid-sheen coating designed specifically for color-coded parking level identification. Available in numerous bright, factory-tinted, high-hiding colors that reduce material and labor costs by providing one or two-coat coverage in most cases.
SWARCO 1230 is recommended for columns, doors and walls surrounding entrance/exit points in parking garages.

SWARCO 1223 100% Acrylic Ceiling Paint is a premium, 100% acrylic self-crosslinking coating designed for concrete and metal ceilings. It provides a bright, highly reflective finish that helps enhance lighting in parking structures and warehouses.
1223 Ceiling Paint dries quickly, providing a 'dry-fall' effect for ceilings as low as 15 feet, which facilitates cleanup from overspray. the 100% acrylic self-crosslinking binder provides outstanding adhesion to metal and concrete substrates.
