SWARCO 2090 Thermoplastic Primer is a 100% acrylic, acetone-based primer/sealer that is recommended on concrete and asphalt road surfaces prior to the application of thermoplastic marking materials. SWARCO 2090 Thermoplastic Primer enhances the adhesion of thermoplastic to the surface and will serve as a moisture barrier on both granular and preformed thermoplastic applications. SWARCO 2090 Thermoplastic Primer meets all Federal Clean Air Act regulations.
