Consent

to processing and keeping records of my personal data for the purpose of filling vacant positions at SWARCO AG

 
I have already been informed in the data protection information what personal data SWARCO AG collects in the event of an application or registration on the applicant portal, what these are used for, how they are processed and how I can contact SWARCO AG if I have any questions.
 
In addition to my knowledge of the data protection information, with this consent as an applicant I expressly agree that SWARCO AG may keep my data in the SWARCO Talent Pool for 2 years even after completion of my application. The Talent Pool is the SWARCO applicant database for top potentials. I also agree that HR employees from other companies in the SWARCO Group can access my application data. The SWARCO Group comprises SWARCO AG and all companies affiliated with it pursuant to § 189a Z 8 UGB. These are all companies which SWARCO AG directly or indirectly controls within the meaning of § 244 UGB (e.g. due to a majority of the voting rights of the company concerned or due to the right to exercise a controlling influence over this company). You can find an overview of the companies here: http://swarco.dan-development.at/companies This means that SWARCO AG can inform me about future positions by e-mail, social media channels such as Twitter, Xing, LinkedIn, etc. or telephone if necessary.
 
My consent is voluntary and is based on the data protection information. I can revoke my consent at any time with effect for the future by sending an e-mail to hr@swarco.com without stating any reasons. This means that the processing until receipt of the revocation is based on my consent and is permissible.
 
If I do not consent or revoke my consent, SWARCO AG cannot process my data for the aforementioned purpose.
