We're expanding our team in St Albans and have exciting opportunities for Trainee Traffic Signals Installers to join one of the UK's leading intelligent traffic solutions providers.

What you'll be doing
• Assisting with the installation and commissioning of traffic signals and urban traffic technology.
• Learning how to deliver projects safely, on time and to a high standard.
• Supporting experienced engineers and installers on customer sites.
• Developing practical electrical and installation skills through on-the-job training.
• Following health, safety and quality procedures at all times.
• Helping to ensure projects are completed professionally and efficiently.
• Representing SWARCO positively and professionally on site.

Profile
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys practical work and takes pride in doing a great job.
You'll ideally have:
• A keen interest in electrical, construction or engineering work.
• Good practical and problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
• A full UK driving licence (or be working towards obtaining one).
• Previous experience in construction, utilities, electrical work or a similar hands-on environment would be beneficial, but is not essential.
