`s was nice
Last fall, I expressed to my supervisor my desire for a new experience. I was eager to take on a new perspective, to broaden my horizons. The job rotation was supposed to offer me that, and anticipate: it did. After one or two conversations with my supervisor and a colleague from HR, it was clear that I would spend February in Munich.
I had the opportunity to get to know colleagues, to talk about the past, the present and the future. I took with me my tasks as an order coordinator in internal sales and was able to adopt a new perspective in field sales. I was able to experience the holistic sales process, from customer inquiry to invoicing. It was thinking outside the box. My knowledge expanded and I became more confident.
The time showed me that it is important to formulate your desires in order to grow personally and professionally. To dare something, to jump over one's shadow. It was a month full of new impressions, a lot of input and great encounters.
I am grateful for the opportunity.
