Human Resources Advisor (m/f/d)
Location:
- Ensuring that all company policies, employee contracts etc align and remain legally compliant.
- Assisting with recruitment, disciplinaries and training across the company locations.
- Improving our recruitment processes.
- Looking at and improving our employee reward and benefits offerings.
- Ensure that suitable training programmes / budgets are prepared.
- Coaching and training our managers and staff to further our strategic vision.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent or at least 5 years work experience.
- Qualified, current professional membership of the CIPD.
- Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of UK employment law and its application.
- Professional, positive, diligent and dedicated, with an eye for critical detail. Capable of balancing high workloads with continuous re-prioritising. high problem-solving abilities.
- Able to effectively interface with all people from operatives to senior management.
- Highly proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc).
