Challenge
- Coordinate and ensure the quality of monthly reporting from subsidiaries, including intercompany reconciliations
- Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and review IFRS reporting packages
- Assist in the implementation of central holding functions within the company's Group Accounting department
- Provide professional and system-related support and advisory services to domestic and international subsidiaries
- Manage and further develop consolidation processes, including consolidation and reporting software (SAP SEM-BCS)
- Establish and enhance group accounting and accounting policies, and maintain the group chart of accounts in SAP
- Prepare and analyze specific accounting matters in accordance with IFRS
- Support post-acquisition integration processes and internal transformation projects
Profile
- Completed degree in Business Administration (University or University of Applied Sciences) with a focus on Finance/Accounting, or a comparable qualification
- Knowledge of IFRS and Austrian GAAP (UGB)
- Solid practical experience in group accounting/consolidation and basic knowledge of international tax law
- Experience with consolidation software and/or ERP systems (especially SAP) is an advantage
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Strong analytical and cross-functional thinking skills, with a solid understanding of financial and business interrelationships
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in international teams
- High level of commitment, teamwork, and a hands-on mentality
- Independent, solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to take responsibility and actively contribute to change initiatives

We offer a very attractive and performance-related salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This is significantly above the collective agreement for employees and apprentices in commercial enterprises.
