General Manager (m/f/d)
Location:
- Develop and execute business strategies for the road marking materials sector
- Manage production to ensure quality and schedule adherence
- Enhance processes, reduce costs, maintain equipment and rigorous quality control standards
- Oversee supply chain for timely procurement and delivery
- Create and manage the annual budget, focusing on cost efficiency
- Handle financial reporting and cost control
- Lead and manage staff, ensuring compliance with labor laws and safety standards
- Build strong customer relationships develop sales strategies
- Supervise new product development and improvements
- Ensure effective organizational communication
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in the road marking materials industry
- In-depth knowledge of the production processes for road marking materials
- Expertise in financial management and budgeting
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- A continuous learner with a willingness to adopt new technologies and methods
